There are no staff members and it's really ok. You can contact them via WhatsApp and frankly you have everything you need in the room. You even get a small complimentary wine bottle. There's no elevator so pay attention if it's important to you.The location of the hotel is fabulous, right in the middle of the down town, 5 minutes from Mamila and 3 minutes from cicar tzion.The water current is really great (my wife had no complaints haha). There's a terras right in front the room with a great view to the city center. Great for sitting and chilling. We will definitely come back.
