Peppers Bluewater Resort is a 4.5-star hotel close to the shores of Lake Tekapo. This resort offers luxury accommodation, great views and is ideally positioned for exploring the Mackenzie Basin and Southern Alps. It is a 10-minute walk from the Church of the Good Shepherd.The staff were absolutely wonderful, we got upgraded to a larger apartment with a kitchen and were even given a free pass to the hot springs which was very exciting! The apartment was huge, with a lovely balcony and view of the lake. If it hadn't been cloudy the stars would have been brilliant too. The kitchen was very well equipped and the staff were happy to help if we had any requests (not that we needed anything else!). The bed was extremely comfortable and the very large bath was delightful, as was the shower. The non-fogging mirror was also a nice surprise! My partner and I had an absolutely wonderful time and would highly recommend it to anyone.
