Located in Smeaton, 36 km from Ballarat Train Station and 24 km from The Convent Gallery Daylesford, New Horizons Farm Stay provides accommodation with air conditioning and access to a garden. Private parking is available on site at this sustainable property. The guest house has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests.Stephen and his partner were such excellent hosts and made me feel incredibly welcome. They had added so many thoughtful touches to the room and the bed was incredibly comfortable! They even had towels for my dog!
