Amazing staff, super friendly and helpful. Very clean, modern, cozy, sound proof rooms. The location is amazing and is max, 3 blocks to the main square where shopping and restaurants are. This hotel pays attention to details. Nicely stocked coffee, tea hot chocolate in the rooms. Cookies in the lobby that are to die for. Fun common space with fireplace and games, plus an outdoor spa. And the breakfast was amazing. It’s a really cool historical place right near all the action!Hands down one of the best places we’ve stayed and Will definitely be back during our next trip to Jackson!
